Christofle Boutique Launch

Thanks to its creations in silver, Christofle is a symbol of luxury and elegance. Since its founding in the mid-19th century, it has been a continuous innovative force and has infused each era with a new art of living. Thus over time, this prestigious company has revolutionized styles, techniques and methods for the production and distribution of silver plate and the decorative arts. A player in and privileged witness to the evolution of taste, customs and traditions, Christofle has always seen its associated name with major creative trends, renowed artists, such as Man Ray or Jean Cocteau, avant-garde architects, such as Gio Ponti, and modernists silversmiths, such as Lino Sabattini and Christian Fjerdingstad, as well as present day designers such as Martin Szekely, Christian Biecher and Andree Putman. Whether designers and artistic creations, historical reproductions or special custom orders; Christofle exceptional pieces are all created in their Haute Orfevrerie workshops now located in their Christofle factory in Yainville (Normandy), France. Today, as in the past, whether gracing the tables of emperors, princes or maharajas, in palaces on board the Trans-Siberian Railway or Orient Express or transatlantic oceanliners or in contemporary restaurants, Christofle continues to make an impression.
Christofle Kuala Lumpur Boutique was officially launched on 15 December 2009. Located inside Starhill Gallery, it is their 42nd Branch for Christofle Worldwide.
